Leap
In 2019 my words were “Intention” and “Intuition”.
I have been leaning into this gray area of the unknown for most of my life. Meaning- rather than do something just because I think I “should” or “have to”- turning around and pushing back against and INTO the unknown. Facing what I now believe is actually the adventure of life.
As I think through the lives that I’ve witnessed and had a chance to know- I’ve seen many people struggle with the unknown and just pick something to do- because they’d rather sit in that comfort than the discomfort of the in-between.
If you want to experience growth and those growing pains, I challenge you to turn around, and lean in.
I chose the word “Intention” because I learned that “Intention” is what leads to your “Intuition”.
I’ve been going too broad. I realize that now. My intentions were too general- they were good, but they were too general. I need to get specific. I have always had a desire to make a MASSIVE impact on the world.
I want to show people what I see through my hazel eyes.
I see possibility.
I see love.
I see connections.
I see community.
I see compassion.
Turn around. Move in that direction now.
Intention: a determination to act in a certain way.
Intuition: the ability to understand something immediately without the need for conscious reasoning.
Moments where intention & intuition came into play in 2019:
January: went to the Empower Retreat in San Diego, met Jen Stalcup + Anna Lovec (intuition).
February: went to 2019 Family Reunion conference and sold the last 2 retreat tickets
March: taught in Reno, NV. The first of 12 different classes/speaking events for 2019.
April: hosted the 3rd annual PNW Operations Retreat.
May: started getting “intentional” with dating (watch out world)
June: watched Sarah Troske flourish in the way I knew she would and beyond.
July: got to go to LA to speak at a Real Estate workshop with my new friends Kathleen Metcalf + Vanessa Rosenbloom! Knew I wanted to be in their circle.
August: hired + partnered with Christina Jagels- leaned in.
September: Melissa Weidling came into our world, another whisper from my intuition.
October: did my first BE YOU workshop at the Hergenrother Team Advance in Vermont!
-experienced my first NLP breakthrough session on Spirituality with Nicole Sarenpa.
November: the PNW Operations Retreat SOLD OUT in 48 hours for the first time!
December: Announced I would start coaching in 2020. Leaning in.

In 2020 I have a feeling that I am going to experience a massive shift. I have been working diligently on my ability to hear and respond to my intuition and true self. If you know me- you know a bit of my journey. No matter what came across my vision growing up- I literally had to respond with what was true for me. Despite what other people thought, I stayed true to who I was and who I knew I would become. I experience my feelings/emotions in a very physical manner- which then helps guide me in my decision making.
For 2020 I chose the word: LEAP
LEAP: to spring free from or as if from the ground. To pass abruptly from one state or topic to another.
