It was never “in my plan” to become a speaker! I was the tall, quiet human in the back of the room who usually said close to nothing (if possible) growing up. I was observing everything going on around me- and I was truly confused at times.

I was confused about why people said mean things, why they chose to make fun of others, make fun of me- and I was overwhelmed and overstimulated by so much information. At 32 years old I was introduced to personal development and my life began to shift because I began to shift on the inside. I realized how much I had been suppressing and holding inside- and it was time to speak. I started teaching in the Real Estate Industry- and I became aware of how my words, thoughts and insights were impacting people.

I was not aware that the way I think or that my perspective was unique. The more I spoke up and out- and got comfortable with being uncomfortable- the more feedback I received from those around me. I realized that my naivety, innocence and pure intentions COULD actually be perceived by others once I took the step to share myself and my thoughts. Nobody can read my mind :) It’s my responsibility to bring those thoughts outside of my head and share them with the world. Start conversations. Participate in discussions. Lean in with vulnerability.

When you hire me to speak at your event I bring ALL of me. My goal is to ENGAGE and have an exchange with your audience. I will never just speak AT an audience. The best speaking experiences I have had are when I’m engaged and encouraged to participate- that is where the learning happens. My style of speaking is intuitive- meaning I speak from my heart. I come with a plan on where I want to take us- and I’m always open for the flow that comes through me. I believe the Universe is using me as a bridge in many ways- to help people see the human in everyone.
